Now fully immersed in British culture and lifestyle, Uche enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, supporting Arsenal, taking long walks, and unwinding with a good book in her quiet moments.

Over the course of his recruitment career, Dan has partnered with some of the world’s leading financial institutions, delivering end-to-end recruitment processes across junior to senior-level roles. Having spent much of his career working across Real Assets, Dan now focuses on supporting and building the finance functions of Madison Hive’s clientele.
Outside of work, Dan is a keen traveller, having visited every continent, and enjoys a wide range of sports.

Clare graduated in Real Estate from the University of Reading in 2009.
She has over 10 years of real estate recruitment experience, previously working as a surveyor for Strutt and Parker.

In her free time, she enjoys family holidays in Portugal and Norfolk, horse riding, and socialising with friends over a glass of wine.

Tom graduated from the University of Winchester in 2005 and has worked in HR and recruitment within the real estate sector ever since. He began his career at a global property recruitment company, eventually moving into executive search.
In 2015, Tom joined CBRE to establish a new in-house recruitment function and support growth targets. After several successful years, he moved to Colliers International to lead Talent Acquisition across EMEA.
Tom is also Co-Founder and Managing Director of Madison Lincoln.
In his spare time, Tom enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, and watching Arsenal.
